Identifying Top Customers

Time Check: This unit has 3 exercises and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

We’ll be using Einstein Analytics Studio and the data sets to create a visualization indicating who the top customers of the application are.

EXERCISE 1: Create a Lens From App Analytics Data

Use the dataset “log-lma” to create a lens that can be used to answer business questions about top customers.

EXERCISE 2: Identify Customers With the Most Overall Users

Answers the business question, “Which customers have the most overall users?” by sorting the chart by the number of unique users.

EXERCISE 3: Identify Customers With the Most Active Users

Answers the business question, “Which customers have the most active users?” by sorting the chart by the number of operations.
